"Last year we installed a video system in a suite for a Biotech client. The facilities manager for the building complex saw our completed installation and asked if we could take a look at the system installed in the complex by another vendor. Their existing cameras lacked color, resolution and had noise (lines rolling through in the images). Any adjustments made to the existing active UTP receivers (a big name brand) had no effect on improving the video quality. We replaced the 2 sixteen channel receivers with 2 of your KR3016AR’s receivers and the result was nothing short of amazing. The image color and resolution were immediately improved and the presence of noise in the images was gone. "Kenrik has helped Western Video fill a unique niche in our customer’s requirements. You
provide us with a reliable control system at a cost that allows us to be profitable and
competitive. When we have a special requirement, Kenrik listens to our requirements and
offers us solutions.
We are optimistic that we will have an opportunity to provide follow-on systems for our Long
Focal Length Range Safety Camera because of how well the initial systems Kenrik
manufactured to meet our unique requirements have performed. This project was a challenge
from the start. We needed to issue a fixed price PO, for a servo control, small quantity (2 only),
little documentation for a lens you have never seen.
You were on time with a product that was exactly what we were expecting.
When we needed modifications, the only issue was "how soon do you need them."
It may be an overused expression, but Kenrik does look “outside the box” when facing a new
requirement

"We installed a single camera at a sewer treatment plant utilizing a competing UTP transmission product that in the
past had always worked, that is until now. We were experiencing extreme interference and distortion over a 400’ underground run.
Our previous manufacturer the one I had always used in the past suggested we switch from passive to powered transmission UTP
receiver and transmitter. We did as instructed but the problem persisted, it wasn’t any better.
Our manufacturer’s representative who represents Kenrik in our territory suggested Kenrik. I was
very skeptical but willing to try anything that would not cause force our budget into the red and
or ask for a change order at greater expense to our client. Our representative loaned us what we needed.
To my amazement the interference was gone and the customer is happy with the end result allowing us
to achieve our ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. The loaned Kenrik UTP products are now installed
permanently and working as promised, Problem solved!
In the end we discovered that two very large electric pumps had been placed over the top of the
underground conduit nearly crushing the affected conduit under its weight. Then next to our low voltage
conduit were two large 440v power transmission lines that together with the electric pumps induced the
extreme interference problems we had experienced. Kenrik has won me over and will now be my first choice
from this point forward.”

"I have been in business 25 years and am a C-10 Electrician since 1987. I have used UTP video for
at least 15 years. I have always been cautious in using UTP video because of the loss in color and the loss in
definition that usually occurred. I remember how excited I was when we met so you could show me your
active receiver. I thought of all the customers that I installed that could use your product.
Over the past three years I have been using your receiver for new installations and cleaning up as many
of the existing installations as possible. The results have been phenomenal.
One of my customers, The City of Los Angeles, which has over 90 cameras with 6 DVR, had a terrible noise
problem with a balun camera that I could not remove no matter what I did. I replaced the camera, the
balun, the cable and tried to isolate the ground problem. I even powered the camera independently.
Nothing helped until I installed your product. The camera are installed in several buildings with one
head-in location using various types of existing cables thru existing pipes from building to building.
When the Kenrik active receiver was installed, not only did it clean up the noisy signal and ground
problems, but it did so without any loss of color or definition.
Another customer of mine that has 15 DVRs and over 255 cameras with four 50 pair trunk lines of CAT-5 >
running 1200'-1500'uses 6 Kenrik receivers with excellent picture quality. I can't recommend this
device enough. I would have had to use IP camera's without it. Thank you for inventing this."
